By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following conditions, whether you've read them or not.Please read this entirely and carefully before commissioning me.If you have any additional questions,

I am happy to answer any questions you might have. :)-PAYMENT-Payments are due before starting the commission, unless there is a discussed payment plan.All prices are listed in Euro's and will be paid as such, as payment methods I use Paypal, or bank transfer with Finnish customers.Payments are sent via Invoice method when using Paypal.All sales are final, therefore chargebacks are as well absolutely forbidden.
Refunds are possible if I for some reason won't be able to complete your commission-PAYPAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER-Nothing is ever intended by either me or the client to be physically shipped to them. Occasionally, the pay method provided by the client will mark a transaction as "not shipped", however, I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed within the correspondence between the Client and I.-ARTIST-By commissioning me, you are buying my service as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
I will respect your request for privacy if you'd prefer me not to post your project publicly. Discuss with me prior to starting.
I have the right to decline any project or client for any reason without questions.
Do not rush me, I as any other human have certain duties to perform in my daily life and will complete your commission as hastily as I am able to.
Updates and work in progress pictures will be provided at any point the customer wishes.-CLIENT-The client may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
You may use the art piece for personal use only, including but not limited to signatures, icons, avatars, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal page/site displays.
You may not claim the work to be your own or anyone elses but mine.
You may not edit the artwork without my permission.
You may not set it up for redistribution, external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.)-PROCEDURE-Client will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general commission prices.
Contact me by direct message in any of my socials and provide the following information;+ Type of commission
+ A clear reference sheet of the character(s)
(Additional clarifying images are always welcome)
+ General idea/Pose/Expression/Anything you'd wish the artwork to have, reference pictures are always warmly welcomed.
+ Payment method
+ Email
(I may require you to send me the reference materials into my email due certain applications pixelating pictures. The finished art file will also be emailed to you)-PROGRESS-Wips will be provided at least at following stages;-Sketch
-Linework
-Flat color
-Complete workAdditional wips will be provided when asked or when checking up on edits.
Please always be clear and honest when discussing changes at wip stages.
Usage of reference images is encouraged!
